Privacy policy

This page explains what Tellyard (Streamline Logik LLC, a Georgia company) collects when you use tellyard.com, why, who helps us handle it, and how long we keep it. We don't sell your information.

What we collect

• Free check: the business name, town and website you type in. To limit how many checks one visitor can run, we keep a scrambled code made from your internet address, never the address itself.
• Orders: your email address and the business you're ordering for, so we can send your report.
• Contact form: your name, email, business (if you give it) and message, sent to our inbox so we can reply.
• Agency Pack: your email address, and the agency name, website, phone number, email and logo you choose to show on your reports.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We see that a payment was made, its amount and the email used. We never see your full card number.
• Business information in reports: public information about the business and its competitors, such as Google Business Profile listings, review counts and ratings (never review text or reviewers' names), websites, search results, and what AI tools say when asked.

Cookies

We use Google Analytics on our public pages to count visits and see which pages are useful. It sets its own cookies. It never receives business names, email addresses or report links: it doesn't run on reports, free-check results or account pages. We also use a cookie to keep you signed in to an Agency Pack account. We don't use advertising cookies.

Who helps us

We share only what each one needs to do its job:

• Stripe: payments, receipts and sales tax.
• Supabase: our database.
• Vercel: hosts the site.
• Resend: sends our emails.
• DataForSEO: Google search data and AI tool answers. We send it business names, towns and the questions we ask.
• Anthropic: writes the plain-English parts of a report from the facts we gathered.
• Google PageSpeed: checks how fast a business's website loads. We send it the website's address.
• Google Analytics: counts visits to our public pages.

How long we keep it

• Free checks: 90 days, then deleted (unless you ordered a report from one; then it's kept with your order).
• Reports and orders: 2 years, so your 90-day re-check can compare and you can look back. Then deleted.
• Agency sign-in links: 7 days. Agency accounts: while your account is open. When you leave, ask us and we'll delete it.
• Contact form messages: in our email inbox for as long as we need them to help you. Ask and we'll delete yours.
• Payment records: kept by Stripe as the law requires.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you or your business, or to delete a report sooner. Email support@tellyard.com and we'll reply within 30 days.

Other things

• Tellyard is for businesses and isn't meant for anyone under 18.
• We protect what we store with access controls and encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep what we collect to what we need.
• We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
