Our promise

Your report shows what we found on the date we checked: where you show up, how you compare, and what to fix first. Good news or bad, the report is yours to keep.

If we got something wrong

• Wrong business or a wrong fact? If something in your report didn't match what was true on the date we checked, let us know within 14 days. We'll correct it, and if we can't, we'll refund you.
• Report late? If your report isn't ready within 48 hours, we refund you in full, no need to ask.
• Charged twice? We'll refund the extra charge.
• Re-check missing? If you paid for the 90-day re-check and it doesn't arrive, we'll refund the $20 difference.

A few things to keep in mind

• Google results and AI answers change every day, so what you see later may be different from your report. That's normal, and it isn't a reason for a refund.
• We show you what to fix, but we can't promise any change will move you up on Google or get you named by AI tools.

Agency Pack

Cancel any time and you won't be charged again. The current month isn't refunded, and unused monthly reports don't carry over.

Extra reports you buy beyond your 10 a month don't expire while your Agency Pack is active. If an extra report can't be built, it goes back on your account. Unused extra reports are refunded if you ask within 30 days of buying them.
