Terms of service

These terms cover your use of tellyard.com: the free check, the reports and the Agency Pack. Tellyard is run by Streamline Logik LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (“we”, “us”). By using the site or buying a report, you agree to these terms.

What we provide

  • The free check shows where a business shows up for one search and a short summary. We limit how many checks can be run, to keep it free.
  • A report shows what we found about a business on the date we checked: Google Maps, its Google Business Profile listing, its website, other sites, and answers from AI tools. It comes with suggested fixes and ready-to-use material. The $99 option adds a second report about 90 days later.
  • The Agency Pack is a monthly subscription for web designers and agencies: 10 reports a month with your own name and logo on them, plus extra reports at $12 each when you need more.

What a report is, and isn't

  • A report is a snapshot. Google results and AI answers change every day, so what you see later may differ.
  • We gather information from public sources and outside services, including Google results and AI tools. We check every fact before it goes into a report, but we can't promise every outside source was right.
  • We don't promise that any fix will move a business up on Google, get it named by AI tools, or bring in calls or revenue.
  • A report is general information, not legal, tax or financial advice.

Paying, cancelling and refunds

  • Payments are handled by Stripe. For some purchases, Stripe's checkout service acts as the seller and sends your receipt, and it works out any sales tax. We never see your full card number.
  • Reports are one-time payments. The Agency Pack renews every month until you cancel; cancelling stops future charges.
  • Refunds follow our refund policy.

Using reports

  • A report is for the business it's about. You can share it with anyone who helps you, like your web person. The link is private: anyone who has it can open the report, so share it with care.
  • Agencies may run reports on businesses they work with or would like to work with, and share each report with the business it's about. Don't use reports to mislead anyone, and don't present them as coming from Google or an AI company.
  • If you add a logo or name to Agency Pack reports, you must have the right to use them. You're responsible for what you send to the businesses you share reports with.
  • Our site, our report design and our wording belong to us. You may not copy the site, resell reports as your own product outside the Agency Pack, or use automated tools to run checks or scrape the site.

Your account

Agency Pack accounts sign in with a link we email you. Keep access to that email address secure. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or tries to get around the free check's limits.

Our responsibility

We provide the site and reports “as is”. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits or lost business, from using the site or a report. Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Other things

  • Tellyard isn't affiliated with Google, OpenAI, Perplexity or any AI company. Their names are used only to describe what we checked.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
  • We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change affects an active Agency Pack, we'll email you first.
