Agency questions
Does Tellyard's name show anywhere?
Only a small "Report engine: Tellyard" line in the footer, and in the report's web address. Your logo and name are at the top, and your contact details at the bottom.
How do I make a report?
Sign in, type the business's name and town, and click Build report. It's ready in about 5 minutes, with an email to send the owner.
What if I need more than 10 reports?
Buy extra reports from your account any time, $12 each, as many as you need. They don't expire while your Agency Pack is active, and they're used once your 10 for the month are gone.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, and you won't be charged again. The current month isn't refunded, and unused reports don't carry over.
Do my prospects need an account?
No. They open the link on their phone, like any owner would.
