Your place on Google Maps changes depending on where someone searches from. We check from 9 spots around your business, for your main search and your services, not from one desk.
Asked the way customers ask
We ask ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini the questions your customers ask, worded different ways: up to 30 answers. One answer can be a fluke. Many answers show a pattern.
Against your real competition
We compare you with the businesses that actually come up for your searches. We leave out the ones that would throw the comparison off, like empty listings and government offices.
Advice from our own testing
